齊仕閣總部位于倫敦，是一間擁有20多個(gè)專家部門，超過(guò)20年拍賣歷史的拍賣行，是倫敦重要的亞洲藝術(shù)品流動(dòng)平臺(tái)之一。

仲黎澤先生（Lazarus Halstead）作為齊仕閣亞洲藝術(shù)部門的專家，對(duì)中國(guó)藝術(shù)品收藏有著多年豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并在陶瓷、玉器、銅器、繪畫等眾多領(lǐng)域有著深入的研究。他畢業(yè)于牛津大學(xué)中國(guó)藝術(shù)系，擁有出色的學(xué)術(shù)背景，曾定居北京并掌握流利的漢語(yǔ)。作為東方陶瓷協(xié)會(huì)（Oriental Ceramic Society) 的會(huì)員，2014年，他對(duì)兩幅徐悲鴻、齊白石水墨畫作出重要研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，這兩件藏品以85萬(wàn)英鎊的卓越佳績(jī)一并售出。

齊仕閣每年為來(lái)自全球的個(gè)人，機(jī)構(gòu)和基金會(huì)提供藝術(shù)品咨詢與鑒定等服務(wù)。在每年二月，五月，九月和十一月舉辦亞洲古董拍賣專場(chǎng)，涵蓋中國(guó)，日本，印度，東南亞的各類藝術(shù)品。
